The Meshoppen Cat Rescue got a call and was informed that there were 19 cats in the street being alone and like thrown away.
When the workers came there they found out more interesting scene! There were 40 cats and kittens all with black coat. They were all scared and confused.
The workers immediately took the poor creatures to the shelter where they got necesary vaccines and proper care. But the difficult time was ahead. It was hard to imagine how they would find homes for this huge litter of animals. Black cats were always neglected by everyone in shelters.
Especially the shelter representative Paula Christine Foux was worried about the adoptation problem. She was talking with the vet and introduced the situation and the vet came up with an adorable idea which could help them reach their aim. Shelter organized βBlack Cat Bonanzaβ.
They united their bonanza with a car show so people gathered there were eager to meet the cats and enjoy the car display. The result was successful. These amazing black animals found their families who were ready to care for them with great love and attention.
This incredible event was really exciting and useful for the sweet animals who finally found their kind families to love and look after them with devotion.
