The Massey Wildbase animal hospital accepted a sweet owl called morepork. He had a slight skin infection which iritated him seriously. But luckily it was an easily curing problem.
He just needed to be bathed with chlorhexidine to cure the infection which turned out to be unpleasant and intolerable thing for the tiny creature.
The fluffy bird didnβt like do be wet and he also looked so odd and frightening. Water changed his look drastically. It was really amusing and funny to see him in that condition and learn that he got irritated by his appearance.
After being washed, the little owl was dried by the towel and came back to his fluffy state soon. Then finishing the medical procedure, he was brought to the clinicβs aviary where there were some other moreporks being recovered there.
It was truely wonderful to know that after just a bath the sweet bird was treated and soon he will be released into the forest.
