Анна Цуканова начала сниматься в детском журнале в 7 лет. Свои первые творческие шаги она проделала под руководством режиссёра Александра Котт для журнала «Ералаш». Сыграла девочка в 17 выпусках.
Котт не раз отмечал, что Анна вела себя довольно уверенно, хоть и была крошкой, которая ни разу не играла на камеру. Далее Цуканова поступила в Щукинское училище. Посоветовал ей это именно Александр.
В это же время она поняла, что у нее возникли чувства к нему.
Анна решилась открыться Александру. Тот счёл это чувство подростковым увлечением и отнесся к словам Анны довольно несерьёзно. Однако Анна клялась ему, что намертво влюблена и не представляет свою жизнь без него.
Прошли годы, Анна стала совершеннолетней и смогла все же завоевать сердце Александра. Их чувства переросли в брак. Анна подарила супругу сына, а в 2018 году у них родилась дочь.
Друзей и родных поначалу смущала такая великая разница в возрасте. Однако стоит отметить, что среди супружеских пар в области кинематографа такой разницей никого не удивить.
